I spent all morning cleaning up his s#@% and he had a nerve to come into my property to tell me, to leave his crap alone!! REALLY!!! I told he had 30 days to clean it up and by the way, WHAT the f&%# are you doing here! You're trespassing!! After that, all he could say was, that I'm liying! He's REAAALLLY lucky I'm on probation, not proud plus its my first. I'll tell you the story later cause I gotta go, and I'm sorry about this subject but I just had to get some of my fustration out before I took it out on him. I can tell you that this was going to be my shop, but, all I got was a promise, he was going to rent the house to me without the owners noglige to pocket the cash!! Until, I, myself, found him and took over. OOH yeah, theres 5ft wide x 12 room when you go all the way to the back and make a left!

I feel, for, you. I used to live in the "Crack Belt". Just can't trust them. They will steal anything that is not nailed down. Looks like it will be a nice shop space. And that is a knock off of an old Snapper mower that is waiting, for a CB 750 conversion.

If it is your property, just call the sheriff and let them
take care of the problem of him trespassing.

Yeah I would call the sheriff right now.
Tell them what is going on.
 He may have a warrant against him already.
Some of that stuff could be stolen property!!

Tools, thats a great idea But I decided to drop it off  tomorrow for recycling too. These things aren't stolen, he has a wife, that supports him. He's my neighbor, so I see everything, all he does is pick up crap, take it home, and hope to make something with it! You should of seen all the broken lawn mowers he took with him, I don't know where he storaged them because his house, is already packed!! If you see in the pictures, you'll see broken brooms, rakes, old broken showels, lawn mower wheels, bicycle wheels, ect, ect. I pulled out 3 heaters and none of them WORKED! I seen him fall off the back of a truck and the roof, in one day! I caught him watering the plants, at night, in the rain! The house, well, he was soppose to be house sitting or something. But, since he trusted him over the months, he (owner) never came to check on it, so the crackhead took over. So, emagine all the great stories he can tell you. I think I'm getting a restraining order against him tomorrow. Today, I took all the metal objects I can find and ended up with about 190lbs, that $18. for  Hopefully, I can pull in another $20 to double it  its all on him
