Idle creeping to 2k when warm

Kha
Hello fellow cb750 owners, I been trying to figure my problem out for quite sometime. First, I found out that my spark wire wasn't even working for cyl 2. So I changed that and now it works. Then I drain the float bowl and green gas was inside cyl 2. So I drain all the bowl and put seafoam in it for about 24 hr as recommended by a youtube video I found. Drain it and the gas seems clear on all four cylinder. It idling good until it warms up. It would creep up to 2k and stay around that range unless I reset the throttle a bit and it'll go back to idle. I just lubed the wires and and it is set to specs. I also re-route it so there would be no pressure on the cables. There are some cracks on the boot from airbox to carb but Ive put plenty of rtv silicone to it already so Im thinking could my cylinder #2 carb be the problem? I will changed all the rubber boots in probably a week since its old any way. I tried spraying wd40 on the boots and idle doesn't change. Can I clean the carb from just opening the top and pull the jets out? I don't want to pull the whole carb out just yet. Plus cyl 2 takes a bit more time for it to warm up.

Sorry for the long post but just want to get everything clear so yall can have a better picture. It's been creeping up to 2k even before I changed everything. It's the last thing on checklist before its cruising time. Any inputs guys?

It could be a vacuum leak, a plugged pilot jet circuit, or the carbs out of sync. Or even all three.

thanks tools for the swift reply. Ill be getting new sets of boots from local shop. Its $19 for each. Kinda pricey. Any websites recommendations? I know a guy who specialized in vintage bike carbs. Ill prob pay him to do it for me. Good reputation. Aint ready to tackle it myself. Hope it will be the last thing I'll do on this bike this season. =D
