I was checking into replacing my coils, due to poor starting, having to grind it for several seconds, resting, then grinding a few more seconds, to fire it up... I put in Iridium plugs, and the first time I hit the button, it was running almost instantly! I literally jumped. Now, 5,000+ miles later, it still starts instantly, if it has gas in the carbs (i.e., if it hasn't been sitting for days). They're worth the money, and easier to change than the coils. I won't be replacing my original coils until they burn out. Cheers!
