Making my fender and brace

Lucky 1
The first photo is the 1978 Honda CB750 front fender inside.
The second photo are tack welds on the inside of the brace to
make the two pieces stiffer.

Then I cut the brace and fender out as a unit.
Then sanded and fitted the brace to the front forks.
I made sure the fender will fit tightly over the brace.








I will report back with finished photo after painting and installation.
On a Roadstar Adventure.

I bought the fender on Ebay.
It is a Universal Cafe front fender. from VINTRACE $57.00 (ouch)
The fender is very light weight plastic but it is about 3/16 thick material.
You can get a few colors too.

Here are the finished photos after I painted the metal fender brace black.
