I picked up this bike about a month ago from a guy who decided to focus on a different project.
This bike was just a little to big for him I guess. So his loss my gain! :) Ive already done a lot of work on it and ill be going through some past projects on it and then continue with where I'm at. Hope for some good input and advice!

This is her right now, after tearing off all the stock junk
- new handlebars and grips (custom made by myself)
- my custom seat made by myself (upholstered thanks to Andrew at "Topskins" in Salt Lake city/ carb cleaning
- a lot of rust removal!
- Oh and almost forgot all the new lights and findinding and fixing 4 diferent shorts and some mixed up, missing wires ;) that was sure "fun"! Haha
I was able to pile most of the old parts and bulky stock stuff into one big box with the exce0tion of the carbs.

I took a somewhat unconventional approach to building my seat pan as I don't have many tools. It's just 2 pieces of thin sheet metal glued together to make it strong enough.

I then used some medical tubing I found lying around to protect the leather from any sharp edges.

Shaping the foam took me quite a while as all I had was a full size saw and a pair of scissors, but I eventually succeeded! Sry I don't have pictures of it after smoothing it all out. Just after shaping it.

Thanks to David at "topskins upholstery" I have this awesome finished project. Just took him the seat and the leather I had picked out and he did the rest with some (minimal) design input from myself.

I put on a new pair of cheap rubber grips and then cut out strips of the leather I used for the seat to wrap my grips. They came out pretty well! (By the way, "goop" works amazing with leather. Itll glue leather to anything!)
