Need some help with my '78 CB750

I just got a CB750 super sport yesterday and I can't get it to run.  I put new gas in it and took the air filter off but i can't get the bike to turn over.  Any suggestions?

Well there are tonsss of things that could be preventing it.  But you need:
Spark
Air
Fuel
To get combustion.
So first thing i'd do is check spark in each cylinder.
If its electric start and it not turning over check if you have voltage at all points neccesary.  Is the starter turning over?
