While I was working on the wiring tonight on the 750 hill climber (not sure what else to call it) I was just messing around and I cranked the kick start with my hand. Then with my foot, then I stood on it. It wouldn't budge. Bad news. So I pulled the motor out, and removed the heads. What a pain in the ass. The number one piston was rust-welded to the cylinder wall. The piston rings are stuck, completely compressed. The P.O. left the bike out in the rain with no spark plugs. It looks very grim. I am taking the head to work to see if a good honing will clean up the cylinder walls. I doubt it. At the very least we will need two pistons. I am hoping someone has some they would part with for a fee of course. It's a 76 cb750k motor.
