Thanks for the advice. I hadn't thought about cutting the fender.

I'm wanting to add new handlebars. Also I would like to replace all the controls, levers, and master cylinder. Does anyone have any advice on replacements.

Truck
If you want to keep the same mounting points any 7/8" bars will work.

Great looking bike! Ant chance od closeup pics of the seat and mounts? I'm looking to do the same style seat on my 985.
It's only illegal if you get caught.

If at first you don't succeed, use more lighter fluid

95% of Harley Davidsons ever made are still on the road... The other 5% made it home.

Heh, didn't see this earlier so you probably found everything by now.
7/8th bars are Truck said. Any master that fits on the bars you choose, will work as long as they are made to work with dual disks. Dime city cycle has some nice looking controls. I like slim controls myself, but then you run into mirror mounting issues. On my fz6, I ditched the fairing. In the process I had to remount mirrors. I chose to go with bar end mirrors. I actually see better behind me. I got convex(?) mirrors. The objects are closer than they look mirrors. BUT, I can see around my shoulders so much better now.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!
