New member-big oil leak

Dave
Folks, I'm hoping to discover why my 74 cb750 voided itself of oil all over my shoe and garage floor.
It was not leaking during storage, but when I had it warming up for my first ride of the spring, oil just came pouring out from below the oil tank .(behind the motor, right side, center, and low.)  The leak stopped as soon as I turned it off, or maybe I just ran out of oil )  Does this sound like a blown gasket ?
I'm about a 4 out of 10 mechanical ability wise, but I don't have a trailer, so I hope to work on this myself.  Any insight is appreciated.
Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like one of your oil lines, or fittings has went bad. Not hard to replace. Clean the area around the oil lines. Fill the engine with oil. Then start it, and look underneath, for where the oil is coming from. that will be the problem.
