Oil Spewing

Hello - I am new to this forum and also to CB750s... Just bought a 1980 CB750K which I intend to make into a brat/café bike.... I fired up the engine and in about 3-5 minutes of idling, oil started to spew from this place located between the exhaust manifolds. (See picture)... I do not know what this hole/bolt/? actually is. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Roberto 1980 CB 750K

Cam chain tensioner seal. Not a huge issue, but you have pull the head to replace the seal.
