Parting Out 1981 CB 750

Shaney_G
I was recently given an 81 CB 750. I am now parting it out. There is no title. I have more parts than you see in the pictures. Just ask and see if I have it. The motor has 4,660 miles on it, but it was obviously sitting outside for a long time before I got it. Any questions, just let me know.

Do you still have the turn signals? I see someone else expressed interest first. If you still have them, email me at ronandjenw@cox.net.

Most people do not part out a set of complete carbs. Then the carb set is of no use to most.
Also  if you sell a part off of the set you are left with a incomplete set of carbs. almost no one wants a set of carbs missing a critical expensive part.

Besides that the accelerator pump bottom cover check ball would have to be tested with fuel in it to know if it is any good. Many of them are not working after 33 years.

If I had a bike like that I would sell it as is- all together. It is worth much more.
Some people think that if they sell all the parts they will get more money.
They usually cannot sell many of the parts, and it could take many years and
you would still have left over parts.

In this picture, you still have the headlight switch on the left side. Still have it? Cost to ship it? What sort of shape is it in?

Feel free to send me an e-mail - cdaiscool@gmail.com.

Thanks!
Turbos, Hondas, 4-bangers, what could go wrong?
