Please Advise!!! '74 CB500

I am considering buying this '74 CB500. From the looks of the pic, I beleive it's a 500T, dual exhaust, versus a Four. However, the exhausts are not original. Owner says it has a "small" oil leak, and can be fixed w/ new seals. Also says the blinkers do not work. Otherwise, runs & rides well. I know how to clean carbs & repair front brakes, but no experience w/ oil leaks or blinkers. Also, I cannot find a book value for the CB500. They do list values for the 550, but not the 500. Please share your input, guys. Thanks...

Nice looking bike. The 500's are holding their value pretty good. I would say $800.00 low to $1400 High. The turn signals are not hard to fix, but as for the seals. It depends on which ones need replaced.

I see... How can I tell which seals need replacing? Perhaps I could ask the owner as well. He seems to be adept w/ bikes. Thanks for the input...

Just look the engine over, and note where the oil is seeping from. Probably just engine cover gaskets.
