Sounds like you need to install the complete airbox assembly. The see if it is still doing it. These bikes need the vacuum created by the stock airbox to run correctly.

I set the air screw  tighten back  puted the air box complety but when i hit the throttle is has a little bit of lagg its normaly because no extra gas is going from the air screw... and it stops at 9k rpms now should i set them around 1 1/3 turns as manual says and then to adjust them with the idle...

That screw is actually a "fuel" screw, and not an "air" screw like on the older carbs. Turning is out will richen the mix, and turning it in will lean the mix. However turning that screw either way is not going to help your problem. It does sound like it is running lean, and might have a vacuum leak. To diagnose the problem we need a little information. Do you have the clamps on the rubber boots tight? Are the rubber boots in good shape (nice, and soft)? Does it run better with the choke on?

I never knew that, years ago I just packed my air box with some general household air cleaning stuff with some aluminum screen above and below to keep it in place. I wonder how badly this affected the bike and if it is the cause of my fouled plugs / poor performance at about 60 mph. ??
