Those triple trees just use bolt on risers to attach the handle bars. As for one piece handle bars? I only know of two ways to make handle bars. 1. Bend a steel tube to the shape you want (one piece,) and 2. Clip-on's.

Tommy sent me a picture of what it looks like installed. Nice clean look. I'm assuming the bottom of the pipes are threaded and it bolts through the bottom of the tree. Would I still be able to attach the ignition switch, light panel, guages etc ok with this setup?
Just drill some holes into them, and bolt your gauges, and switch on. However these are intended for a total custom application where you want the front end as clean as possible.
