Recondition 1978 cb750f exhaust pipes

Rockwork
How can I recondition my exhaust pipes? Everything else on my bike looks and runs good, but the exhaust pipes are blueish and have rust on them. They're otherwise in good shape, so I don't feel a need to replace them. Thanks for your insight.

Yup, as tools said, get them rechromed. A new set IF you can find them, is very expensive, usually 1500 or more. If yourse are still good, rechroming can add years to the life. One thing you should do though afterwards, right at the junction of the muffle and header pipe, drill a small hole on the bottom so water can drain out. Rot from moisture is the number 1 cause of death for these pipes.
