Stacking Exhaust gaskets?

surfish95747
Hey guys, I have a 1980 cb750k and have a MAC 4-2-1 exhaust that I am having a HECK of a time getting to seal properly on the exhaust ports. It is not just a straight bolt on. Once I have it bolted on, there are slight spaces between the header and ports. Can I just add an additional set of copper gaskets in an attempt to get it to seal? Let me know if you have a better idea. Thanks!

It should fit. Do you have the half moon pieces in correctly?
