One of my throttle stop screws turns as the bike is running. What can I do to stop this?
Loc-tite, plumber tape etc ?

Which screw is it? And what kind of bike also.
If it's the idle adjustment screw there should be spring on the screw that retains tension on it to prevent it from rotating.

The bike is a 1969 cb750, the screw is the big throttle stop on the right side of the carb.

The nut that lifts the slide? Or, since yours is a '69,do you have a cable running to each carbs?
I just can't place in my mind what piece your looking at.

It's cables running to each carb.

On the K-0 carbs there is an idle adjuster screw on the side of the carb. This screw is supposed to have a spring to keep tension on it, so that it does not move. This screw has a tapered end that adjusts the idle by raising, or lowering the slide. This is also how the carbs are synced on the K-0 so you will need to sync them after fixing the screw.

One more question, I'm running about 63 psi on oil pressure. What should it be. I think 63 psi is really good to me. I'm running 20w50 oil.

63 is very good oil pressure, but 20W-50 is pretty heavy oil for these bikes. 10W-40 is what Honda recommends. That 20W-50 is for engines on overpriced motorcycles that were not machined to close tolerances, and also tend to leak oil.
