The Harley (60,000 miles on it need cam chain tensioner)isn't as dependable as the 750 or winter wize with all the goods,,But still don't have in my possession so just going through the phone bull then head up their and see what has to be done ,The paper work for being stolen was done at wrong cop shop to start , I have the title but was still paying on and was not on bankruptcy ,So need to still contact Bank and more bull.

Wow...the good guys (Piute and Judose) actually WIN one for a change! I hope you get the bike back, and it's not worse for wear. I expect the criminal who stole it, rode it the same way.
Did they catch the guy, or was it just abandoned? If they caught him, I hope they give him some time in the big house. Criminals get off too easy these days.

According to the book bikes worth 10K I owed about 8-9k I think but bank had to write it off & should give Me a real good deal(i would think).Tell ya the truth ,I would sell it and get an older one(Shovel-head ) pay maybe 3-5k for roller and build my own,I'm real happy with my 750 now ,Have to wait & see what they wont for it may take a while I'm sure,

Dec.9th 2009,Talk with the detective and told him ,That if the bank says I have to pay for it ,Then would go from there.He also said that another officer said looks like havnn't been road in at least a year (rust in muffs).
Asked how they found it he said some Low Life snitched him out.Took 2 wks to find me.

1st place in baggers they said it wasn't (bagger)at 1st,
but the hitch put me over the top said the judge

You've had multiple Harley's stolen? Jeez, if I were you I would be investing in some serious locks for my bike. Where I live it is very rare for cars/bikes to be stolen.

I've had a KZ750 stolen also, if some low life wonts what you got locks and sheds will not stop them.Judose 7yr.Germain Shepard is the best but he has to be loose.I've had my house robbed while I was there ,Few went to hospital a few to jail,The big problem is when they know your family lives,I can take care of myself,but what about bro,sis,nephews,nieces.mom.
