Tank Cleaner / liner

Has anyone used the tank cleaner / liner like this :

I just got my bike running again after being down since 2002. I cleaned the carbs and it was running good but the more I ride the worse the bike runs. I have an inline filter and there isint any debris in it. I would guess that its just rust dust settling in the carbs and clogging the primary jets.

By the way I find this site helpful when looking for parts.

i used that same kit for my 79 cb750f tank.worked great. BUT.... buy a very heavy duty degreaser. it doesnt come with the kit. but other then that works as it should.  DO NOT RUSH.  and make sure your tank is covered from the chemicals. the solvents will damage paint.

but its well worth the time to do it.

How did you get all the fluid out of the tank? I'm using the cleaning kit now but when I washed out the tank with water I could not get a small amount out is that normal? I do y want to use all the chemicals and sealer because how would I drain the excess sealer if I can't fully empty it
