Yep, too bad he's wrong! There are so many entrepreneurs making a go at it, invention has never been more alive in the US, check the number of patent applications at the Patent Office, they have a 3 year backlog! I live near hundreds of creatives in South Florida, they're creating new ways of doing business, making new kinds of art, restoring dilapidated neighborhoods, creating arts programs out of nothing. There's innovation and creativeness and "can-do" spirit EVERYWHERE I look! It may just seem like there's not, because the news only reports the bad news, the shocking, the out of the ordinary>THAT alone should make you realize that innovation and creativeness and inventiveness IS the ordinary, If the news avoids it! People are rediscovering promising technologies of the past, and working out the flaws the ideas had with modern ingenuity. (

New technologies are being invented to bring about the creative visions every day! Look at all the new software and hardware for musicians that DIDN'T EXIST just two years ago! I hate to disagree with such a good video, but we're living in the MOST ingenious time EVER! :)
Hopefully the video will encourage even more thought! :)
(hmmm, I just contradicted my other post where I said all the innovation went over seas…I guess I'm numb to all the good stuff going on in the US too! :( )
