Trouble with a well knowen parts supplier.

I hate to say it, but we can add Tasclassicmotorsports to the list of suppliers that do not come through. I had purchased from them in the past, and the mailing has been slow, but always came. However I have been waiting on two orders from them now, and am getting a run around. I made one order on ebay, and another from their web site a few days apart. Neither came. I e-mailed them, but did not get an answer. I then called them, and was informed they had been shipped. However they would send another set of items, and e-mail a tracking number. A week later, and neither the items, or a tracking number. I called again, and they said the same thing. Again neither the items, or a tracking number. I have opened a dispute with ebay, for the items I purchased there, but am going to have to contact my bank about the other order. I am, so sick about this. Why give me the run around? Why not just tell me they did not have the items? I would have said OK, and went about my business, still respecting them.

P.S. They have had 11 negative feedback's on ebay this month all ready.
