Trying to figure out what front end I have

So I've been fixing up what I was told is a 1979 CB750k limited, and the engine and frame numbers seem to agree with that.

The front end doesn't match up though. One, the fork sliders look nothing like what they're supposed to. Two, it's got dual disc brakes on, and three, the fork seals are 37mm ID, 50mm OD, 11mm thick.

My best guess is that it's a cb900c, but I was hoping someone could confirm that for me.

The 37mm deals make me think 900. The offset axle makes me think C. I can't say with confidence, but I believe your initial assessment is right.

Looks identical to my front end so more than likely 900C.
