Understanding my vin number frame and motor

Engine is cb750e 111163

Date manufactured 8/71

Bike was found in berry bushes with engine complete besides kick start and some accessorie parts with frame

I would like to know what bike it truly was. I  have zero references besides that it's a cb 750. This will be my first build granted I will replace this motor with another. In short I wanted to know exactly what it looked like what I have and what I need

It was just your standard CB750 k-1 Manufactured in 1971 The CB750 did not really change much until the k-7 model on 1977, and then it was just the tank and seat that looked different. On yours the ser# are close enough that they are most lily original to each other. As to what you are going to need for the bike, my crystal ball is in the shop right now, so I would need a picture of the bike to see what is missing, or bad on it.
