Lets see, it is a CM91A. The "13" would mean that it was made in the third year of production for this model (68-69) and it is the 6276 one produced that year. I doubt the sticker would mean anything to the value of the bike. It needs a lot of work and it might be worth $1500 - $2000 restored.
