Valve shims?

tcazes
I am finishing up my rebuild and I have 6 shims that are way to big. Like can't even fit a .0001 through there. My question is where can I get individual shims? I need

3-270's
1-275
1-260
1-265

I found some on eBay but just wondered where y'all got them from. It's for an 82 cb750sc DOHC

I get mine from a local auto engine rebuilder. They are the same as used in the older 2 litre Toyota Camry, 25mm diameter. They usually are happy to do a swap, for little or no money. My guy also has a shim grinder, so can shave one down in size, if necessary. Hope that helps you.

Awesome I work for an auto parts store so that should be easy enough to find. Any idea what year?

The Camry used different diameter shims at different times, but I think these 25mm diameter were used around 1989-1990. Kawasaki also used the same diameter. The size is what you are after, it doesn't matter what sort of car/bike they are out of.
