WTB- DOHC ignition spinny thingy

Too lazy to look up the name in the FSM. Rotor button?lol

Anyway, I've never seen one before but I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to look like this. I suppose I need the whole assy,unless someone here know how to separate these lil dudes. All I really need is the cam-shaped tip with the tip that's knocked off. To the FSM...

Ok,so I found this. My clearance is closer to 6-8mm's.  Apparently these things don't make good friends with gravels.



I really only need the part listed as a rotor,but it doesn't appear that the ignition advancer/rotor is an serviceable piece,so I guess I need the whole shooting match.

Hurt myself? This is for...um...the taper attachment.

Actually i dont think I need one after all. This one is kinda buggered up,but it's not as bad as i thought. I dont know why the rotor is far outta spec to the spark units. I'll investigate when i find time...haha..

Thanks Free. I've been doing my research. Trying to stay abreast of all the current nomenclature. LOL.

I played with this a couple minutes last night. If I reinstall it on the bike I have very random spark. If I pass the tip of a screwdriver over the sensors on the spark units I get fire at the plugs. This rotor is just too far away from the sensors to activate the ignition properly. And I have no idea why. The whole ignition plate is turntable for setting timing, but the spark units don't have slotted mounting points to facilitate adjusting my sensor to rotor gap. I'm stumped!

Seems I need the spinny thingy after all. I got a real bad skip anywhere above 5k. No amount of timing adjustments has an effect on it. Pretty sure this chewed rotor is killing it's effectiveness at anything resembling upper rpms.

So..who got one fer sale?
