What octane gas does everyone run

When I got my bike I was told from the previous owner to run premium 91 octane gas.

What do most of you guys run in your dohc

I run the lowest octane I can. As long as the engine is not knocking, or pinging your good.

I have run just about everything from 87 to 93 octane. Sometimes it takes a while to start with the 93 octane, but it runs fine on all of it. I'd love to find some no-ethanol gas, but so far, I've only seen that in places like Oklahoma City.
