Whats it worth??

I am looking at picking up another 750 for a project.  This one is an 80 cb750F. Has a "stuck" piston, is missing the "valve cover" & the brakes.  Does have a good title.  Overall bike is in fair to rough shape, judging by pics.  What would be a fair price to offer??

That depends on what it will take to restore it (subtract that cost from the retail value of the restored bike...), or how much you think the parts will net you, if you piece it out (don't forget to give yourself a healthy profit margin for your efforts!).  Honestly, I would say $100, but that is just my 'gut feeling', not based on any calculations whatsoever.  Cheers!

I would give $300.00, for it if it looked that good in person.

I wonder how he knows only one piston doesn't move? I mean,do 3 of them move and one sits still...or is it froze and he just happens to know which cylinder it is.They're all kinda connected you know...or they should be!lol
I would have to get him to clarify that part.
