Why am I thinking of Piute when I see THIS?Luke M
Used to have a 1979 CB750L, sold it as a parts bike, now riding a slightly modified 1984 VT700C. Network/Field Engineer. Central OH, USA, Earth, Sol System, Milky Way Galaxy, Universe.

What a hoot! I think I would have fitted a chain onto that rear tire, though... If I were more skilled in fabricating things, I would love to try this with a smaller bike, like that old '71 Honda 175cc Scrambler I had, back in High School. It would be a blast to fool around with. Thanks for sharing! Cheers!

When I was a kid, my Dad made me a ski, for the front of my Honda Z-50. Then he got some chain, and made a tire chain, for the rear. It was a blast unless the snow was really deep. I really miss that bike.

Uh oh...
I just realized that. My apologies, Piute: the comment wasn't about being an Indian...it was about a motorcycle with outrigger skis on it. That looks like something you'd do to a bike.
