I know back in the day epoxy paint was the toughest stuff out there. Not sure now days though. I wasn't even aware they had epoxy powders now.

   IF you can see the bottom of quart can like looking through water then it's clear,most are Lil yellow ?

I know you have to buy a good brand too. Some of the cheaper brands have very little or none of the chemicals that help stabilize the paint against UV light. So then they turn yellow over just 4-5 years after being sprayed! Buy the good stuff, it will last a lifetime. :)
