butterfly shaft seals

Does anybody know where I can get a set of butterfly shaft seals for my 80 CB750F supersport? The repair shop says my seals are leaking and causing it to idle at around 3,000 rpms...does this even sound right..they say they cant get the seals anywhere so I'm looking for some advice here...Thanks

Butterfly seals? Never heard of them, is that what the manual calls them?

its the shaft seals on the butterfly on carbs, major air leaks
