cb750k2 idle down problem

Gentlemen,  I have this idle problem now after having my carbs rebuilt by local honda shop.

Problem;  Quick snap of the throttle to about 4k rpm, it takes the motor about 8 sec to idle down, throttle linkage all is good.  Other than than runs good but takes too long to idle down.  Didn't have this problem before the rebuild.  Air Screws are at 1.5 turns.

This issue is most of the time caused by air leaks around the boots between the carbs and engine. First check the clamps to make sure they are tight. If they are, spray wd-40 around the boots and see if the idle changes.
