I have a 1979 cb 750 with a 16 inch rear wheel for good acceleration what sprocket combination would be best for a 630 chain

Any 530 chain, and sprocket combo will be a far better choice for improved acceleration over a 630.

Tools' response is 100% spot on.

Metallurgy has come a long way since 1979 when 630s were a necessary evil for bikes with "oomph". My Dad's drag bikes would tear up 630s after a few passes back then.
