Not necessarily. But I would definitely not be slow in putting in a dispute if it doesn't show up after the 10 days. Or contact the seller and ask if they've shipped it yet?

Alot of times as soon as you buy something the listing is removed. It's sold,no point in having it listed,right? CDA is right,keep an eye on it and if it gets fishy file a complaint.

  Well thats fine I will not loose my money ,As Ribs said "time" mo waiting,And yes the seller contacted me and said the items are being sent,BUT having 2 different people ,from 2 different "E" addresses,saying the same thing ,The one going thru E-Bay is the only 1 I answer but just "quote" to the other ,
           

            THEN  This person I odered my lens for my Vetter fairing ,Got the len ,Just the lens They cut off the rear housing ,when answering for Rating service ,I said possitive but also commented that I should not buy anything that doesn't show pictures of all the angles,When I ask for a lens I got the len ,but no houseing for bulb,
   We went back N forth and I sent him copy of the other seller showing he got kicked off the "E" ,
 So now The housing witch was fo sale at 39 bucks is on it's way he said,last night.

     ALL this is extra stuff ,but hate to get screwed around with .(There gang banging me ) HELP

Did you pay with a credit card? This is where a card is nice to have, not a debit card but credit card. You can file a dispute with your card company and they will do a chargeback. Gets a sellers attention REAL fast.

 Yes ,my Pay-pal acount card,They will give me my money back (Pay-Pal) thats why I use them.
