I picked up a set of flat drag bars for my 76 cb750f.Wasn't paying attention but they are 3/4" o.d.   Anyone have a need for these or maybe trade for a set of 1/2"ers that i can use?Let me know! Thanks    Eric

You know, I have heard of 3/4 race cams, but never 3/4 drag Maybe if, you marketed them right, you could sell the hell out of them to some of those wannabe drag racers Used to be, you could take any old cam, and tell them it was a 3/4 race, and they would buy it. They would never know it wasn't. They would never be able to install it However it added 15% more horsepower just to be able to say, you had one. Even if it was at home in the garage

You are exactly right!!I have never understood the term 3/4 cam.I was in the pits one day, hood up checking the plugs and a guy came up:"got er running good eh?What you got? a 3/4 or a full cam?I bet it's a full cam, ain't it?"  I couldn't resist "Yeah it's a full cam...goes from the front of the motor aaaalll the way to the back.Runs better that way"

Way back when The 60's. There was company making camshafts. I can not remember the name of the company, but they made two variations of cam grinds. One was marketed as the 3/4 race, and the other was Full race. Not much science to them, but very big bumps. Made a small block Chevy sound all most as good as a Ford. Any way, the cams have not been made in years, but the terms remain. I remember these things. Used to put them in old worn out engines, and they would run like hell, for a little while
TOOLS
P.S. One of my favorites was the 151 cam from the 365 horse 327 Vette engine. I had one. Blew up several engines with it

I built an all most identical 302 CI small block like that once. Used that 151 Vette cam in it, and 283 Power Pack heads Factory aluminum intake, and a Carter AFB carb. That thing would scream. Good thing I had a 4 speed behind it. Had it in a Vega. Good thing it was light. The stock rear end would not have had a chance if it hooked up.

For big blocks. I like Cadillac. You can get the same horse power as any other with half the money, and 250 pounds lighter. Kruizac was the man

Cadillac?!?! Oh c'mon man!!!Yeah they're great...up to 4500 rpm when they tap out.HAHA Actually there are some company making some topend upgrades for the Caddy 500.You're gonna love this,Tools. It is a nice set of aluminum heads with fairly decent flow numbers ,but...the intake is an off the shelf Ford 460 intake with a set of adapters to bolt on the heads.  I had to disown Caddy as a GM when i heard that
