Easiest way is to souce a whole C or F front end, incl master cyl/etc. They can be had pretty CHEAP. I want to do the same thing, but keep a spoked front wheel. This I haven't figured out yet. I will probably just sell my K in the spring in favor of a KZ1000 to get this, and the motor too. ;) That being said I'm looking into how different the triples would be to simply swap in a front end from a GS/KZ with factory spokes/dual discs.
