engine mounting bolts

beemerboy
This is driving me to madness (a short trip). Does anyone have a source for two more bolts I need to mount the motor in a  K1 cb750? I need the bolt that goes thru the engine mount that is welded to the left downtube at the front. Also the bolt that mounts the engine to the triangular plate that itself is bolted to the right side down tube up front. Any help would be highly appreciated.

If you are referring to the two bolts that are at the top front of the engine case, they use two short 10mm bolts with the nut captured in the engine casting. You can get them at a hardware store.

Tools... Thanks. Would you happen to know the sizes (lengths) of those bolts. Somewhere in my little mind I recall the the "capture" part requires a bolt head that is 17mm. Is that right? I don't have the engine readily available at this time, hence the questions.

10X50mm and 10X80mm and yes the nut does take a 17mm wrench.
