front end wobble

I am looking into buying a 79 cb750k for $300. The bike starts and runs ok, but at slow speeds, 1st gear, the front end has a wicked wobble(kinda scary) but once you push past the freaky part and get it into second the wobble goes away and its a smooth ride. I know it needs tires, but what elses could it be? Also there is an oil leak between the cylender and the head, how hard is it to change the head gasket, the shop manual is included. Any help is appreaciated. thanxz

steering head bearings.
or
rear swingarm bushing / bearings.

There are upgrades for both.
in the neck upgrade from free balls to a conical style bearing.

in the back switch from bushings to a needle bearing.

wobble be gone.
