having problems with a new motor

High card
I just recently rebuilt my motor and went to a dual carb setup instead of the 4 and I'm having problems with PSI and cylinders I'm getting 60 pounds per square inch across the board shouldn't it be higher?
I've spent about $700 on a pair of vm34 Mikuni carburetors for this bike and I can't get them to sync up because they dont have vacuum ports, any ideas?

What are you measuring that you are getting 60 psi? Vacuum, compression? As for syncing the carbs, you can do it statically bu inserting an 1/8 inch drill bit under the slides and adjusting the idle screws to where the drill bit just slides in and out with a little friction/drag. Or you can drill and tap 5X0.7mm holes into the manifolds to attach the vacuum gauge ports. Then after syncing the carbs seal them with a 5X0.7 screw.

Are you holding the throttle wide open when testing the compression? Have you checked your compression gauge on another motor? You should also add a teaspoon full of oil to each cylinder and wind the motor over a few times before testing the compression, if it hasn't been running for a while.
