new guy!!

just wanted to say whats up to everybody and that i just bought a 73 cb750 and im real excited to work on it....it doesnt run right, so i plan on starting with the carbs. any suggestions would be appreciated!! thanks butch

Good start as that is usuall the biggest problem. Especially if it has sat for a while. Welcome!

Nice to see a new member! Biggest pointer would be to download the manual here.
From there, keeps all the parts from each carb together and if your jets are clogged, do not be afraid to gently clean with a strand of copper wire.
The ride IS the adventure. The destination is just to get gas!

A good tune up never hurts, oil, plugs, wires, etc. Also check the cam chain tension as well. If that is loose it can cause problems.
