new to the forum, a few questions.

This seems like a great forum.
I Just picked up a 75 cb750. Folks before me did a pretty good job of hacking it up a bit.
Can one of you point me some links showing the bottom of a factory seat and what the bike "should" look like for mounting the factory seat. Also best suggestions for oil hose, mine seems to be leaking towards the bottom onto the frame and exhaust near where it connect to the engine. I did figure out how to adjust my cam chain tensioner already. Thanks to this forum.

Welcome! The flanges where the oil lines connect to the engine seal with an o-ring. Probably just need to put in a fresh pair, one on each line. It's not uncommon for the drain plug on the oil tank to get overtightened. That will crack the aluminum washers that is used to seal it.

My son has a '92 Mazda Miata, and the manual calls for the aluminum washer on the oil pan drain bolt to be replaced every 5-6 oil changes.  Seems it's a crush washer, and is meant to deform a bit to allow a good seal.

I would expect the same goes for the Honda. If your Honda dealer has them in stock, this may be the case.

Welcome to the forum.  I hope we can be of some help to you, and look forward to your participation in our little online garage.
