please somebody help / rotor issues

I have a serious issue and its driving me nuts...i found my ignitors melted...also my rotor was gone.....i replaced both and my bike charged and ran fine...2 weeks lator..battery died again...my rotor went again..and it was an aftermarket new rotor...i replaced again 2 days ago and bike was charging fine...then i took it out to my brother about 30 mins there and 30 mins back and i just barly got home..battery dead again...checked rotor..    i got .3ohms between the rings...what the heck is going on!!!! Vibration blowing my rotors???? Wire burnt or broken in my wire harness??? Maybe a ground not hooked up????   I cant keep buying new rotors every week there exspensive :(  please help me

Have you checked the regulator? Sometimes when the rotors short out, they''l take the regulator with them.

I'd be checking to make sure everything that needs to be grounded is. The ground is kind of like an escape route for excess electrical energy, if there's no escape it might cause an overload somewhere.
