Since you have the tapered bearings. Pictures of the stock ones are not going to be much help. However I have installed the tapered bearings, and can talk you through it.
First drive the old races out of the neck (on some necks there is a spacer looking thing below the top race. This stays in the neck!!!!).
Drive in the new races (Make sure you have them top, and bottom). The top race will stick out about a 1/16 inch. The bottom will be up inside the neck (Make sure it bottoms out). I used a big socket to drive the bottom race in.
Drive the bottom race, and seal off the stem.
Stick the bottom bearing, and new seal up into the race in the neck. If it goes up into the neck place one or both of the large washers under it so that it is as close to flush to the bottom of the neck as you can get. A 1/16 inch tolerance is good.
Now place the washer/washers on the stem followed by the seal, and greased bearing (make sure the seal is in the right direction. It should be cupping the bearing. Drive the bearing down using a pipe that just fits over the stem.
Install the stem through the neck. Place greased top bearing on stem followed by the seal (again the seal should be cupping the bearing).
Then you have a threaded piece with notches for a spanner wrench on top (No 14). This goes on next. Tighten down then loosen 1/8 turn.
Now the top triple tree goes on.
Then a washer (No 19), and the cap nut (No 25), just do not tighten these until you have the forks back in.
You might have already figured out most of this, but I wrote it all out in case some one else might want to do the conversion. I will still get the pictures of the stock set up on this afternoon.
