Check the bulbs to see if they are burned out. Test the bulbs with a 12 Volt battery connection, at their wiring connectors. If they light up, then it is a wiring problem between the bike's connector, and the battery; if they don't light up, the problem is between the connector, and the bulb, within the gauge.
Buy a tube of dielectric grease, and coat all connectors (electrical section of your local, DIY stores; if necessary, they also sell electrical contact cleaner, for corroded connections and contacts -- clean, first, then grease); this will prevent corrosion, and it is non-conductive, so you do not need to be careful applying it (I applied it, liberally, to all electrical connectors, plugged/unplugged them several times, to thoroughly distribute it between the connectors' pins).
