I just looked it up, and it doesn't look like it'll work. Although the GL1000 is a spoke wheel with a disc brake on it, it is a shaft drive. So I don't think a chain sprocket will fit. Are there any other bikes that are a chain drive with a spoke rear wheel that supports a disc brake? Someone mentioned to me that I could change me rear brake into a drum. How difficult would that be?
