There was no honda 650 in 1974. That didnt come out till 79. and did not have a 19 inch wheel I am pretty sure. Tell you the truth, it looks like a 750 wheel which would be 18 inch.
I have not seen many do 21inch or even 19 inch.
The gl wheel might still work though, depending on what you want but I think it is still a 17 inch rim.

Maybe you can get the seller to actually lay a measure on the rim and snap a pic of it. If it is 19, you could get it and lace up your hub to it maybe.
