Should I buy?

I'm looking at a 1975 Honda CB750 Super Sport for $800. He says it runs and has clean title, but will need a little playing with to get roadworthy. The carbs are clean and the bike starts easily. Front brake needs to be bled. Also has a sweet sounding Kerker exhaust.
