Honda cb750 k

I have a 78 750 k. Had carbs rebuilt. put them on and as soon as you turn on the gas is leaks from the tube under the # 2 carb. Any suggestions on the issue?? Is the float bad or is it the needle? You all sound as if you know your stuff. I am just learning. Thanks for your help.
