Well I did some looking. So far, I have found that they are the same diameter, 35mm. And I THINK they are the same length but nothing conclusive. Unfortunately nothing on the inner bolting for fork/leg. Given cost cutting those days, I wouldnt surprised if they fit but I can't say for sure.
I will see if I can find anything else with a little more time.
