'72 oil on outer spark plugs

     hey, brand new to this forum. i have a '72 cb750k2. the bike has around 27K miles on it. the problem im having now is that my outer spark plugs (1&4) have oil on them. the oil in only on the the part of the plugs that is inside the cylinder head. it started with only the #4 doing it. but now #1 is doing it also. when i put new plugs in it, it runs awesome. but that lasts for about a week before the plug electrodes are burnt black from the oil. and it loses power from what im guessing is not getting enough spark. im gunna go ahead and guess that i need new rings. but i wanted to make sure. any help would be great. thanks!
